PRODUCTION AND METHODS
SIS systems (Safe&Stop, Safe&Stop+, Safe&Alert, Safe&Alert+, SafeTraffic) are entirely manufactured in Italy. Design as well as manufacturing phases are carried out with a particular attention to quality issues.
Furthermore, SIS systems are equipped with a special self-diagnosis function enabling the system to report to the operator any anomalies on which it is necessary to intervene.
SIS collision avoidance systems are 100% tested in-house to guarantee the highest reliability and safety standards.
In-depth tests carried out on all products concern all electrical aspects (inputs and outputs, simulation of functional states), acoustic aspects (reading area with target) and communications.
Furthermore, all displays and sensors are manufactured by tracing the corresponding batch in relation to the parts used; each kit is traced by serial number in relation to the related batches.
